Ran out of room on other post!! I did send in a divorce document but the copy was lousy. I just posted a question (somewhere) on here. Do u think it's ok if I send in additional proof with the RFE? Like phone bills, more photos, etc? OMG, this is so hard!! Have you sent your RFE back yet?

They want an ORIGINAL copy of his divorce, they want it translated into English, new passport photos for both of us within 30 days of the letter, and letters stating our plan to marry within 90 days. Hi Katherinn, thanks I finally discovered what "info pass" meant!!And NOOOOO, I did not receive my letter yet!! But I got a 2nd text msg saying a 2nd RFE will be sent to me! One is dated 3/7 and the other is dated 3/11!!! Wonder if they are asking for 2 different things?? AAGGHH! I can't STAND it!!!

Hi Katherinn, When you said you did an "info pass", what does that mean?? Just that you re-mailed the marriage certificate in? You think our package is in Newark now? (not Vermont?) Oh my aching nerves!!! lol! No mail today. Perhaps tomorrow or Monday, as you said...!!
