My case is for K-1. My fiance tried registering on that site after receiving Packet 3; however, the most she could do was to update her profile. Not sure how that site works??!!??

Will wait to see if anybody experienced and succeeded!!

I understand that there is some discrepancy in reference to receiving Packet 3 or not, but could somebody WHO RECEIVED PACKET 3 as a link or hard copy would be kind to share that with me? You may message me on the side.

Anybody you happen to know received a second email on RFE? Its a same message, i got one on March 7th, and now on March 11th!! Still waiting on a hard copy.

Seems like few individuals got their NOA 1 in the email versus getting it in a mail as paper.

Should one be concerned with one or the other? I got paper!!

I separated everything in subfiles.

I have what is officially requested for the interview (my forms, birth and police certificates, I-134 with paystubs letter of employer and bank paper, the reciept of the payment, letters of intent, the standard documentation about the IMBRA they sent in packet 3 (why are they asking for this, I have no idea), copy of the NOA2,ID pictures )

I have a file with additional evidence for the I-134

I have a file with proof of ongoing relationships with enveloppes for boarding passes and plane tickets, an enveloppe for letters, then mails, skype and whatsapp records, and I am gonna bring the I-129F copy separatly

and of course I bring the results of the medical

All, please advise if:

1) Screens of Gmail are a valid proof or one should have actual emails showing the content?

2) How do you support it with Whatsapp? If I email it to my gmail then it only comes as an attachment that opens in MS Word "without" a company logo on top? Wouldn't you think that anybody can type up a chat for that matter?
