Thank you everyone been reading this forum for a while it helps to read others advise and stories. I don't know if it was all the calls they were getting from congress people or they just started moving on there own. I see CSC approving Cases faster now.

Don't play with uncle sam. Get an expensive lawyer or wait 5-7 years...
. One thing the US government doesn't like is to play games. You are stuck in limo or have your new man move to phill and stair a life with you there...

They will built 10 more Mc Donald's in third world countries before we get our paperwork. I am going back to thailand and wait with my TeeRak

Same. This was handled poorly. Over 7 months now of waiting.
7 Months wow. I been 6 month my fiancée from thailand.... I wish i had the money would just move there open small business and stay there. Thai people really don't want to come the America. They love their way of life and thier King... I been there so many times I love it too, but I have to be here USA waiting for her to come.... Sucksss and frustrating
.... Wish you luck

maybe Goverment cut backs fewer people more hours less pay only logical explanation to me since K-1 applicants beginning just last year were getting approved after 3-4 months now its looking like 7-9 months
A test of Love looks like i will need to travel back to thailand and hangout with my TeeRak until we get approved

Thank you for the education now getting that document hope its painless
i read the other posts and it seems to be very common thing in thailand,,, being born without documentation or places burning down or offices moving

My fiancé doesn't have her birth Cert. Her parents lost it in a fire and we called the hospital she was born at and they said they don't keep the records going back that far. She was born 1979. She has her ID's, Passport up to date, her college diploma, college transcripts and other documents to show she is who she is. She is from Chiang Mai thailand was born Jomthong Hospital Chiang Mia.. I called the consulate in BKK they are pretty much useless so i emailed them same thing useless information. Does anyone here know if its ok without a birth cert. for her to be approved for K-1 visa. I am asking this question for anyone else that has had this issue in thailand. And also can she do her police clearance before the NOA2 arrives and can she do it in Chiang Mia or does she have to go to BKK and wait for the NOA2.
Any info would be appreciated.
