After a year and 2 days, I received a letter from USCIS saying that I'll be expecting my new card. 

But, when I checked my case status online, it's still the same (not updated).

My biometrics is on 03/09/2016

VSC received my documents on 02/05. Cashed the check today 02/10. No NOA1 yet.

Sent mine on the 4th of Feb to VSC. I used the new form.

I did send a copy of NOA2 for AOS. You'll find your A# on your K1 visa.

Received an Interview Waiver Letter dated Feb. 28, 2014. April 30, 2014 GC approved. Yesterday May 5, 2014 I received a welcome letter. Hopefully tomorrow will receive my GC.

Are you combining your moms income with yours or she's the co-sponsor. If combining use I-864a other wise use I-864 .

Don;t forget all the paperwork like you did plus her proof of citizenship or LPR

I am planning to combine her income, but I'm not sure if it's fine to send a new I-864 together with my mom's I-864a.

We just received an RFE by mail. It says that my income didn't meet 125% of the poverty line.

In the I-864 we submit, we didn't include my mom (it's option no. 7 in sponsors household size) as a co-sponsor.

Can I submit a new form I-864 and my mom's I-864a?

What if my husband's income is below 125%, can we add his mom's income in the I-864? Just an example, my husband's annual income is $21,000. It wont be enough for 3 (including his son). His mom is retired, but earns $14,000 only. Can we add his mom's income to make a total of $35,000. She stays with us.

Checked my case status in USCIS website today, well, got an RFE.

Nov filer here. Sent all documents last Nov. 6 through USPS. Got an email & text message from them last Nov. 14.

The embassy will email you an appointment letter and list of clinics/hospital where she can have her medical test.

Just wait for it.

I know that the sponsor have to sign on the second page of I-134 (Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor), but I'm confused on the attachment part.
