  1. We were there yesterday. It is at

    U.S. Embassy in Ukraine
4, I. Sikorsky St. (formerly Tankova)

    04112 Kyiv, Ukraine

15 minute taxi ride from city center. Go there early and beat the traffic. Be prepared to wait outside until they start calling people in. They group based on visa type so be there about 15-30 minutes early before your appointment.

  2. Everyone,

I am in the process of filling out all paperwork required for my Fiancee's interview for her K1 visa. I am following the instructions that was available on Kiev Embassy website.

I am filling out the DS-230 form. The instructions states that DS-230 part 1 is necessary. But I am looking at DS-230 part 1 and DS-230 part 2. It looks like I need to fill out both part 1 and part 2. Then my fiancee signs part 1 and leave part 2 unsigned.

Is that correct? If anyone can clarify exactly what i need to do about DS-230 part 1 and part 2, I will greatly appreciate it!

    Thank you

  3. Good morning! I received my text message that I have a case number that starts with WAC. Just updated my timeline to reflect that my case is assigned to CSC. Now the waiting starts for me to get my NOA1 in the mail.

I'm just trying to break up this waiting process into smaller steps and make plans for the month. This month is my plan to completely clean out the living room and the guest bedroom. That means organizing the clutter, putting things away, disposing/giving away the unwanted stuff. This will be a good motivation to getting the house ready for my fiancee when she comes over.

By the time I reach my 6th or 7th month of waiting, the house should be all organized and cleaned out. I have over 10 years worth of clutter and simple repairs to do around the house.

Wishing everyone good luck with the long wait!

    Dustin
