You are a perm resident? How did you acquire that status? How is your baby not with YOU? How did the child not get derivative status when you got your LPR status?

Why was your child not petitioned for when you petitioned for your husband?

My husbend have insurance in his home country and have a family to look after me and my baby at the time fo birth.

Pakistani Passport just issued to my baby. at the time of my husbend petation I was just early pregnant.

After my marriage, I mostly stayed with my husband and visit US 2 to 3 times for a month 1 to 2. I had given birth in Pakistan.

My husband recently received Welcome Letter and a few weeks before got access ofDS-261. My baby is still in my home country and we wish that her case proceed with my husband.

his is 13-Mar-13. Please advise how we may add our baby into the process so she may also find a Visa along with my husband.

In DS-261, I can view the invoices of my husband only. So at the moment this process is for 1 person only..

Please advise us the process step by step like:

1. How we may add baby in the petition of my husband?

2. How we may get invoices of her?

3. What to do (forms numbers) for her to file her case ASAP.

4. Any other useful advice??

I will be pleased if you review and reply the following query:

I had applied my F1 case in June, 2006 and my application approved in Oct 2010 and since then we are waiting for visa priority date which may come very soon. My question is after Approval of my Visa application in Oct, 2010, if I get married now then should I change my stats accordingly even if I am a father of a baby?, will it affect my F1 status? Case once approved in 2010 could be changed if get marry in 2012?

I believe once documentation approved and we are in visa waiting list then no matter what happen, visa stats should unchanged with the same PD.

My question is to change the status or not and if I don’t change the status how will it affect my spouse and baby’s immigration to USA?
