Waiting sucks.....big time...and the hardest part is you dont know. Average time is five months, but some people wait 17-19 months!!! some people wait 2-3 months. Its really a Gods pick at the thousands of petitions. But one thing is certain. All of you will get your day, and believe me its so much worth the wait!!!

Since April 10, the USCIS still has us in Acceptance? We already recieved her EAD after two months.

Oh I forgot...my wife entered US December 9, 2013 , we married Febuary 14,2014 before her "PETITION' expired. We sent off AOS before her VISA expired

Yes, Carnival cruise lines in new orleans. Probally to Mexico, and Belize. But the hell with it if I cant get my wife back to USA after. Thats crazy.....They give you the text on bottom of EAD card that says "valid for Advanced Parole" but its really up to them and might not accept that?????
Thats crazy. Plus, still her I-131 on USCIS case status still in intial review???

I dont understand from what I'm reading on the internet. My wife recieved her EAD card with text saying serves as advance parole, Is this the same as form I-131? On USCIS website its confusing, Its says you can travel abroad and enter the US. But when you show your EAD combo card, Its up to the Immigrations officer to grant you in the US?

Please help me to understand, My wife and I want to take a cruise, But it is so not worth not knowing if it will be trouble.

Just wait and get married then file. Because after marriage, you will have to file I-485 for adjustment of status and if you file for I-765 EAD, it wont cost anything if sent with the I485

I have my wife here now after a long year wait with the USCIS on a I-129F, she is with me now and married. Just yesterday after a lot of stress finally got the AOS package sent out to them, Cause 90 days after arrival and wedding and still another $1070.00 dollars sent to them is a big headache within that short time.

I have ALL your worries eliminated.....If you look at my timeline our Interview was november 12, ..........same issue we had it scratched out and handwriiten DS260...read all my post. We were in panic mode. We desperately needed NVC case number. She went in WITHOUT IT.
All you need is DS160 fill out and print out confirmation page and you will be fine.

You probally will get a very nice lady officer, my fiancee said she was very understanding and helped us out a lot....

Fiance went in for her interview. and when it was finished, the lady didnt say denied or approved. She just said ok.......looks good, see the next booth window and she will tell you when to pick up your PASSPORT???
So she has to go in on Friday the 15th to pick it up.

What does that mean? My Fiance and I thinking good things, but were not actually told we are accepted

OMG so stressed out...My fiance, traveled to her home town to ready for November 12, and she has trouble with a form she does not have.. I dont know about this till yesterday. She asked me what is DS 260 confirmation page.
she sent me a picture of the paper, it has DS 230 with a line through it, and handwritten in it says DS 260 confirmation page. Where do we find this? Please Help...

Just be patient, you of all people know by now these office just tell you things to discuss you, I know. You already have NOA2 and filed this year!!!
USCIS will say they shipped your petition, NVC says they dont have it, or we dont have a case number.....Just hang in there. It took about three weeks for NVC to get my petition. Once NVC had it, I called and they said they would have my case number in about 3-4 weeks, I called the next day and recieved it. These people read from typed up pages.
just hang in there, and God will handle everything. You planted a seed months ago, and that tree is starting to flower. Soon you will recieve all the fruit it has to bear!!!

I've been reading all the approvals in Malaysia consulate and couples have been getting packet 4 around 10-16 days. Today makes 29 days we sent off pack 3. I hope nothing is wrong. Any comments???

Just wanted to post to read some of the feelings about this process, and the length it takes.

My journey on a bright side has been a smooth one for most part and we are currently waiting for packet 4, and a Interview date which should be any day now. Thanks God !!!

But in only 24 days will be November 18, which was the day I met my love in person.

This process has to come up with some kind of way to speed things up. I MISS MY LOVE.

People at these USCIS, NVC, Embassies dont know how it feels to wait to be with the one you love. Today as I write this post makes 323 days since I last saw her smile in person, 323 DAYS

is a long time when you get up every morning miss someone day by day..

This whole process sucks!!!!!!!!!! and I know very very soon perhaps 1 more month GOD will answer my prayers I have been praying for.

My fiance approval of i129 with USCIS will expire November 5, 2013, and we still didnt recieve packet 4 from the Embassy.

What happens now???

So frustrated..........

She doesnt have that form...Now what do I do?
