  1. I had an appointment for February but I'm expecting that month and don't want to travel. I also don't want to travel too soon after so that's why I'm looking for an appointment in early April, other wise I have one booked for March. Thanks for all who got back to me.

  2. I think I am also in the same position. I looked online and it said I am ready to book an interview. I haven't received anything in the mail or email. How soon after the consulate receives packet three do they tell you to book a medical exam and appointment. I called today and they can't tell me anything but online it says book interview (online it says none available at this time)

I'm so stressed because I'm pregnant and due in February :(

  3. My daughter is turning two and I was just wondering, anyone with little ones that have gone through this? I'm just concerned if she will have to have blood taken, she never has. Or a chest X-ray. Also, is it the same price for her medical as mine? We just received our NOA2 and waiting on my packet now. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

  4. My fiancé filed the K1 visa in January 2013.

We are patiently waiting but I have some questions regarding bringing my 21 mth old daughter to the US.

Her name was also put on the K1 visa.

Her biological father has nothing to do with her and hasn't for most of her life. He isn't on the birth certificate either. I'm curious as to what information I will need from him (if any) for the interview, in order to have her visa approved. Is there a way I can slip through the interview without addressing this concern.

I have more questions but ill just start with the basics. If anyone has or has had a similar situation and can offer some information it would be beryl appreciated.

    Thanks

  5. Hello,

I just joined VJ ! My fiancé lives in the US and I am in Canada. He just received our first NOA. I have a 19 month old daughter I would like to come with me once the visa is approved and I have no clue how to go about applying for her visa, where to find the form(s),etc. it seems like there is little information available about the process or maybe I am just overwhelmed by the Internet. I just need to ease my mind because she is my baby and I would like to be prepared for his part of the journey. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you
