    Hi y'all,

    I finally got my green card approved in April 30th '07 and got a welcome mail in May 6th '07. I came as a K1 in June 24th '05, married in July 15th '05, husband filed for my GC since August 5th '05, now the welcome mail says its a 2yrs GC (after waiting so long to get an interview and an approval).

    Now that my anniversary is close do I file for removal of conditional or what? Cos from what I understand 3months to 2years of marriage to a citizen you file for removal of conditional if you get the GC in the 2years of marriage and if you dont get a GC while its past 2years you automatically get a 10years GC. Also you file for your Naturalization 3months to your 3years of marriage.

    Please if am wrong I need correction and a better explanation about my situation.

    I'd be very grateful if someone can help explain this better.

    Hi y'all,

    I came on a K1 visa to US June 24, 2005, got married July 15, 2005, my husband filed for AOS July 29 2005, received NOA Aug 5, 2005. Went for interview Oct 4 2006. And was told to wait 120 days by immigration officer after interview, till date not heard nothing from them, also my husband asked for the immigration officer's # which he gave to my husband should we need to talk to him.

    We have called after 120 days, left a msg no reply till date and nothing still.

    We need advice on want to do next, all advise is appreciated.

    Hi y'all,

    I've been waiting for my interview a year now notin has happened, I have a new job starting August 06 and my EAD expires in september 06, tho I have applied for renewal which I learnt take as long 3months! my drivers license expires in 3wks cos DMV used my NOA since its d only document I had to show I'm legal here, i cry almost all nights, had info appts every month asking what is going on, I'm told my file is in Missouri and it has been ordered for to Prosperity Ave, VA where I'm suppose to have my interview but nothing seems to be happening, and i dont know what next to do.

    Does any know who I can contact to help hasten the process? All response, answers and replies are appreciated. :(

    Hi y'all,

    I came to d states in June 05, married in July 05, filed for AOS n EAD Aug 5th 05, got interview letter for AOS for March 28th 06, was there for the interview, but was told whoever schduled the interview did not send my file. so they'll reschdule n let us know in 2weeks. On the 15th May 06, I went for infopass to complain dat its over a month now n no reply, d officer says he'll check, came back n said they r still waiting for my file to come from Missouri service center.

    Pls ppl wat do I do? I'm keep waiting? cos i noticed processing times have passed AUG 05!

    ADVICE!!!!!! :help:
