I emailed my senator on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday evening my status change to ordering of card for my EAD

I did the I-129F packae, but my wife sign her parts. In July i got a RFE to re do the letter of intent, sign and notarized it. Its the same letter that is on this website in the package.. Once it was notorized by case was approved. O i think its best you notorized them.

i guess we in same city. did my fingerprint a day before yours and still nothing yet. did a request last week for a expedite case and only update i see on my case is address change. but its the same address i am at. I wonder what they are waiting on.

Just remember that your DS230 needs to be sent in as soon as you have a KNG# to ensure that you get an interview date assigned to you ASAP. As eveyron else has mentioned interview dates are about 2-2.5 months out from the receipt of your DS230. Your,meaning the beneficiary.

i got my RFE a few days ago. i did it we just need the notary to sign it. I wonder if i get RFE because im here visiting her? I ave a Question. My Fiance works as a Restaurant Server. so her pay stub shows the federal minimum wage for tipped workers. would this be a problem? would a letter from employer help to show that she reach and surpass mimimum wage when tips added?

I just called USCIS to ask them about their progress, and was told by a Tier 2 that they were processing JULY 2nd, which is NOT when I applied!

I am an August 6th filer through VSC, and while on the phone, I received a text notification & email! Once I hung up with the USCIS officer, I logged on to check my case status, and BOOM! Approved on February 19, 2013!!! 197 days!!!

So strange! Overjoyed, nonetheless! I hope everyone else is one step closer to receiving their NOA2s!

My employer called me and said that he had request a I129 for us workers to return for the 2013 season. I did not work with them since 2010. However i am a January beneficiary of the I129F that is still being processed. can I still get the H2B visa?

I am also in on the January list. My application was opened on the 18th January.
