Do they send individual cases separately, or bundle all the recently interview assigned cases in one shipment?

Yay, grats!

1. As long as you gave over both email addresses, then yes, the interview letter is emailed. But you'll find out sooner if you call daily as the email can take a day or longer to receive. Example: I found out my interview early Friday afternoon, yet only got the email around 4am on Saturday.

2. Once the package has been sent (after an interview date is assigned), yes you can still track packages. There's two links in the first post about how to track. Remember, there's no guarantee that YOUR case is in that package, but it's fun to track nonetheless (IMO).

Not true, I am able to login to the CEAC website and view my invoices for both the AOS and IV fee, and i've had case complete for practically a week now.

Any good news regarding the interview?

Yeah, but I want to get an interview before July, my wife can only visit me for the summer during her break from university...

I'm hoping they assign interview dates at the beginning of the month, that would be awesome!

We can just pray that NVC doesn't take much longer now and give us close an interview date.

I didn't get an email about case complete yet, it's been two days now. Not sure if you get case complete email once an interview date is assigned or a few days after case complete.

iA we'll be assigned interview dates soon, but so much uncertainty, it's driving me crazy.

Anyone here that has recently received an interview date (this year) from the Islamabad embassy? If so, what date of the month did you receive the interview date? I still can't find what day they release interview dates.

I called yesterday to know when was my case completed, they told me it was on 19th and I haven't been assigned any interview date yet. So technically you'll get an email in a week and if we get lucky we might get scheduled for an interview soon too. But I'm glad at least we are near to end

CASE COMPLETE!!!!

The NVC rep said they schedule interviews for Islamabad in batches, once a month, now I just hope I didn't just miss the last batch, i'm done with the waiting.

I just want to thank Saylin, Darrell, YA1127, ZandraO and everyone else who helped with their knowledge, resources, and support to get to this point! THANKS GUYS!

I got an email of the case complete as well, Alhamdullilah Last time I called was a week back, was so disheartened that did not call after that. But now I'll call to know when did it happen and I hope too that I did not miss the interview batch as well. *fingers cross*

Any luck? My checklist just arrived there this morning, gonna start calling in a few days. It's wierd, i'm actually... HAPPY to be calling, rather than waiting on documents.

From what i've read, it takes about the same time as it does to review anything else, so approximately 2 weeks. I just mailed my checklist yesterday, so it'll be 2 weeks from tomorrow. I put URGENT and IMPORTANT on the envelope inside the mailing envelope, hoping it helps catch someones attention and they review it faster!

Well My 2nd week has been started 3 days before, lets see now if I get good news this week or no. its so depressing, one checklist and the whole process delayed by one month

Like jdba said, they don't scan them into the system for operators to see until the review has started. The system should be changed a bit so they're scanned right away for operators to see as I'm sure a LOT of people freak out when they think their package should have arrived (due to tracking), yet then hear from operators they haven't received it yet. If NVC were to just update their systems a bit, there'd be a lot less scared people out there...

I second you, they should change their system a lot! It gets so stressed when you dial with a lot of hope and still get the same answer that they haven't received the package yet. I don't know what was the automated system was like but at least they should be prompted in answering the email queries with the adequate info!

Atleast they looked at yours. Mine doesnt even show in the system. So they haven't started to review it.

Mine wasn't showing in the system as well. At least till Thursday, when the last time I called. I was looking at other peoples timelines, they get a case complete in a week after they send IV packet but .........

Just an FYI for long time VJ users. NVC does open your mail the day it arrives in the mail room and rubber stamp it with the date it arrived. We received our files back from NVC with the DS-230 stamped on every page.
