I'm trying to understand how the forum works...we have a second checklist is just that NVC closed our case set an interview appointment for January 21 and We still need to take corrections to the interview...i864 part 6 question 13 a 1 and i864a for hubby part 1 question 11 we have a joint sponsor and she needs to correct her i864 part a question 7...almost everyone gets the same issu and is like no one is ok without a checklist some people have had more then one...good luck...our first time took 56 days or so the second time wait doc oct. 02 and closed dec. 3...62 days exactly.

I'm new here. I have been reading alot about other peoples cases. My husband and I filed our I-130 (I am a USA Citizen). Now our priority date is June 22, 2012. It's been 6 months now, We have our lawyer she is waiting for the requirements to do our waiver is I tink I-601. We received the I-797 C Form to be exact June 28, 2012, nothng else afterwards. I keep checkin te tatus online and is still under review process in the Vermont Center. I am just anxious, worry and extremely nervous every time we talk about his legal status I can't help but to feel sad and just worry. I just pray to God everything goes well. We been together since I was 15 and he 18, we are now 25 and 28 with two beautiful kids, got married 2 years ago too. Started business this year and I'm afraid of losing everyhing if he goes back to Mexico. I called the USCIS number and ask for specific info in our case status she said there's nothing posted othr then initial review. She also saidI could send a message to an agent which we did (I don't know if it would affect in anything sinc e have a lawyer) just saying ifthere's any other informaton we can provide to speed up the process. Anyone else in similiar situation? Should I just let the lawyer do her job? How long have people waited for their I-130 to be approved i the Vermont Center? Advice?
