      Congrats, I wouldn't make any plans yet if I were u until you have visa in hand cause today I spoke to someone at the embassy and they are behind in printing visa, my fiance haven't received his passport yet, also a few other people are still waiting for passport after interview.

    I call the NVC today they still haven't receive my case yet

      same here. My approval notice was the 9th,so as of today for NVC It's only been 5 days cuz they don't count sat, sun. The man that answered was very rude also. he also said that it takes 30 days to receive it. I tried to tell him that k1 is different than the other cases, but he hang up.

      You mean you called the NVC? Your case shouldn't take that long to arrive at their office. Wait until Monday and call again...

      You will need your name and his name, and birth info, and also your receipt number from NOA2.

      PAP Embassy Email: papcons@state.gov

      Write the embassy after the case is sent to request your package 3 by email. BTW, I have a form email that I can PM to you if you want. Good luck! :)

      Myrelene trust me even with the I-130 cases they deny them as well. I saw alot of that. You just need to stay positive and keep in your mind that everything is going to be ok.
