My wife will get her Visa handed to her on June 11th, so excited.
-
Today recieved from the NVC a e-mail requesting the payment of 88.00 processing Visa fee so was rather excited as it's another step towards reuniting with my wife. Can I ask where will you live once you are here In Amercia?

I believe you are wanting to know commonly asked questions during the interview process? If you find some of them out, please forward to me as I am anxious as well to know as my wife will be going for her interview soon. Thank you Rickyrou

Cazzalova, we recieved our NOA on Jan 29th and am so excited now waiting for the NVC to contact me, my lawyer said it would take approx 4 weeks from there it is anyones guess to how long of wait. None the less I can say I am going to pray and try to wait patiently. Good luck and it will happen, just remain positive. Rick

They recieved my I-130 on Nov-4 and about a week I recieved first NOA and then on Jan 29th I got second NOA saying she was approved but my lawyer informed me this is the beginning of setting up her interview. I have been told that is faster than normal so guesss I was lucky now waiting for NVC to contact me to begine filling paper work out. Anything i can do to help let me know. Rick

I recieved what I believe is called a NOA 2 (1/29/13) as it said she has been approved. I called my lawyer and she said that means that our paper work has been moved to the NVC, which will set up her interview process so although approved not sure that really means that, on the bright side we moved a step closer so I will continue to pray and be as patient as I can.

Sounds good Nungki, I enjoy knowing how people are doing as it gives me hope that one day soon my wife will be here with me in Amercia. I take it your in Indonesia? My wife lives in Luwuk, where do you live? Chicago is only about 3 hours from where I currently live so maybe one day the 4 of us can actually meet. It would be nice for her to meet someone from Indonesia here.

From earlier Luwuk is located I believe in central sulawesi. Hope one day this will be all behind us and can start our families here in Amercia. I will assume you have not went for an interview at this time? I am anxious to know what sort of questions they will ask. Not sure if you use Facebook or not but if you do you can look me up on there under Rick Riley. I live in Indiana.
