  1. So my fiance and I decided to wait and that we do not want to get married yet (maybe next year)

What is the likelihood of me being able to visit him on a B2 visa?

I do have a job and strong family ties and a permanent place to stay when I return.

My fiance will write a letter inviting me and I will sign a document saying I will return to my country.

What are the chances of my B2 being accepted and that I wont get refused at my POE?

    Thanks

  2. Today is officially the 6th month of waiting for NOA2. I do not know whether or not this is a good thing or a bad thing. I guess the majority of waiting is done, but also, I am a nervous wreck because we haven't heard anything yet.

Not only that but my fiance is going through a hard time dealing with me not being there, and he is very depressed... to the point where I think he might want to break up. (Could it just be cold feet)

Sorry, I'm ranting. No one around me can offer me real advice as they do not know what I am going through and what 6 month of waiting can do to you. Except you guys and gals... I'm stressed, worried and scared of losing him, I miss him and I wish I could be with him already. :crying:

It's frustrating because I feel powerless. I just want to be with him :help:

  3. Try looking at the country's police's website on how to get the clearance. they might have a form you can download and then you just need to go to a local police office and have an officer do the fingerprints there and sign it, then mail it to the country in question's police station. It is a requirement, so try to get it. I do not know if they would overlook it because I doubt the US government want foreign criminals in their country

  4. Hi

Most of us on the website have been waiting or starting the waiting process. Its a long and miserable wait. Often resulting in tension in the relationship, arguments, nights of loneliness, crying and just overall unhappiness.

What are some of the ways you keep from going crazy during this trail seperation from your loved one?

Please give tips and advice as it might help some others cope.

    Thanks

  5. Hi all

I joined the site a few days ago and I currently am at my wit's end.

My fiance and I received NOA1 on in mid August, however, I cannot recall if he submitted the "Intent to marry within 90days" part. We have yet to receive RFE, I'm just worried. Should we not have received and RFE by now if that were the case?

I'm super stressed about the whole process

    Thanks
