@B Ben l sent you a pm last week l was hoping for help if you could give me the info to your lawyer.

i have a question l need answers too, can you file for a fee waiver when you have a lawyer representing you.

so what does that mean." you wont be deported in that 15months", this is all so confusing.

l have the same approval panama guy, l was wondering what CLASS 1B1 means and a deferred action. anyone care to explain this pliz.

Hi Friends. I just want to share with you the good news i received today. My case has been approved after 15 months of waiting! I'm elated with joy, my eyes are swollen from all the crying I did some ten minutes ago. Finally I am no longer in limbo. I almost gave up numerous times but with the support of my family I pushed through. Your approvals here gave me hope. God is good all the time! Prayers to all who's waiting for approvals. Just hang in there and think positive thoughts!

I say this through my experience. I still have not submitted a medical exam but do have an approved i360 with workpermit (EAD) with pending adjustment status that has been transferred.

l need to work right now, as in asap but i also need to file for my green-card, guess i will see what direction the lawyer wants me to take. am going to ask for a wavier on most of this things since l haven't been working at all, but l will find a cheap surgeon for the medical.

hope someone can answer this for me. in order to apply for ead after your i360 has been approved you need to take a medical exam????????????? and can i get some of the shots from my regular doctor. how long is it taking to get a ead.

Congrats to all approvals! I have been waiting for 14 months now. Not sure what else I can do to make them finally review my case. I took info pass two weeks ago, they told me I will receive a letter within 2 weeks and nothing.

Obmundsman office responded saying: It appears that USCIS was supposed to reach out to you last month. I have forwarded your inquiry to follow-up on your case. Someone should be in touch with you shortly, either from our office or USCIS.

Hopefully, they will get back to me with some result. Not sure what order VSC follows that some cases get approved in 8 months and some people wait 14-16 months. This waiting game has been very painful...

To God be the Glory!!!! My I-360 was approved today! I filed in December 2012. I got no RFE. I hired an attorney but Visajourney gave me a ton of information. Sandranj you are truly God sent and I thank you a lot for all the info you gave us all. Mine was a mental abuse case I did not submit any letter from a therapist. But I had a ton of information or evidence about my abuse including a police report and many others. I have been praying a lot and God answered me. I have a beautiful daughter from that marriage and she is the best gift ever! My fellow vawa applicants don't stop praying God answers prayer. Today is the happiest day of my life. The good lord has put laughter in my mouth and he will do same for everyone here.

congrats to everyone who got an interview date, applied for a work permit and got approved, and all who had their i-360 approved. God is good and forever faithful. l hope to share my good news with you all some day.1 year and 13days waiting, received a rfe, sent it back to them(p/s they are asking paperwork that l already sent in the 1st place). l still remain faithful this too shall pass, but it gets harder some days.

help me out here, i got rfe and there are asking for my spouse birth certificate and a disposition from the court,(my case was dismissed), l gave them all the documents already, now my lawyer said she emailed them, and is hoping for a response in a few days. Are there any other disposition other than the one the courts give me(notorized and signed). this is crazy anyone gone thru this before.

l filed for vawa in July '12, l had a police clearance letter. so what is the difference between a good moral character and a clearance police letter. l can't wait to her what the lawyer has to say now. please pray for me. l have given all to the LORD MY GOD. my ex wouldn't file taxes adding my name but he put the children and our home add.

hi guys, l need your help, l just looked at my case on line and they are asking for rfe, this are my original documents l sent before: marriage certificate, police report, hospital report, letters from friends and family, bank statement, bill statement, his copy of his birth certificate, copy of our sons birth certificates, photos, my drivers license, letter explaining the abuse and how it happened, did l miss anything. will they be clear in what they are asking for, and how long will it take for my lawyer to receive the letter.

l have a question to ask, when your 1-360 is approved, can you file for EAD, while waiting for your appointment.

Because i got denial can i apille it in front of immigration judge and have 20 witnesses come to testify including MD, PhD, Us Marshal, USCIS officer etc.? What are chances on apeal with i290B?

Don't freak out. It's case by case! You will be fine trust me.

just reading your post. keep praying and believe GOD will make a way, I BELIEVE. on a funny note, l was selling some of my stuff and put some flyers around my neighborhood. l received a call from this lady who wanted to by the stuff, we agreed to meet close to our walmart, and when i met her she was wearing her uniform.SHE WAS AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER.

filed for vawa july'12. my husband abused me and our kids. he was arrested and l filed for a restraining order against him. l wasn't aware of the vawa till this happened and was introduced to a domestic abuse lawyer, who took my case. my lawyer thought i should only file for i-360, and he said if l file for EAD i might get denied and will be put in deportation proceedings. my husband never filed for my paperwork, he used to always give excuses. he was the sole bread winner and now am living with family and no money for the past 8mths. my lawyer insists l need to just wait till Vermont answers me. my lawyer said becuz l couldn't not prove my husband is a USC, l couldn't file for EAD. PLEASE GIVE UR ADVISE.....

I Have been given 2 prime facie so far.
