Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"

Hello everyone! I'm a bit confused, I got an email from the NVC saying we need to pay the $230. However I paid it 2 weeks ago. It cleared my account. I called them and the rep told me there's no record of it. Online it's showing processing. She told me to email my bank statement to them. Ugh anything else I can do?

i got the same email yesterday. I called them and was told my AOS was accepted, they are just waiting to review the IV documentation. I dont think it is anything to worry about.

Thanks Saylin, i did call NVC and AOS was approved. Checklist was false. Now i'm calling hopefully case complete. Keeping my fingers crossed.

We are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa fee payment(s). Please submit the fee payment(s) according

to the instructions on the IV fee bill sent to you from NVC. DO NOT SEND FEE PAYMENTS TO

THE NVC NEW HAMPSHIRE FACILITY. THIS WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF THE VISA. If

you have not received an IV fee bill, please contact NVC. Do not pay the fees unless you have the

accompanying IV fee bill as this will result in a delay in processing your case.

If you want to find out right away of case complete, then yes, keep calling daily. Remember, for non-EPers, it's not guaranteed to get a case complete email. And even if you do, it seems to be about a week delayed to receive the case complete email.

If calling daily increases the speed of getting an interview assigned, I think we'd all be calling every minute of every day. So, no, calling of course doesn't make an interview date assigned sooner. You'll find out right away though of the interview date if you call daily instead of waiting for an interview email, which is also delayed.

I sent the AOS and IV packages last week. I called today and they said it has not been reviewed yet, do i keep calling to see if they have been accepted or wait for a case complete?

Also, after i get a case compelete, do i get a quicker interview date if i call daily, so would it be the same regardless of my calls?

OK! I just got my case number!!!! :dance: :dance:

They already had my email and my phone number.

However I couldn't give over my husband's email nor would they give me the IIN. She said the system wouldn't let her because they are still inputting information.

When should I call back again?

I would like to send the new agent form asap.

Same thing happen to me. My NOA2 was Feb 19th and they didn't mail it until Feb 28th. I was told they don't mail it individually but as a group.
