hi guys. my wife was asked to send her latest medical along with pics, ds230 and PCC. she received the letter in postal mail for all this on feb 9th. she sent all her docs via american express on feb 20th. last and only update was on 7th of march (which possibly shows processing and receipt of docs) ever since then, no updates and still in AP. very disappointed and disheartened. starting to lose hope. no updates means case not being worked on. Also, i noticed that in the week of 11th march alot of cases were processed, but ever since that week again, its become a little slow. maybe they process such cases only one week of each month and they r done for march and next month may bring good news for most of us. anyone else notice this or agree?

also for people who sent docs in feb, pls stay in touch here to share whether u have been approved or your update date is changing without any inquiry made. pls also share what date last month u sent docs and when u were requested for them and what the status is. thanks! praying AP ends soon for us all.

after my wife i-601 waiver approved on jan 14 2013 embassy asked for new and update document on jan 28 2013 which was send on feb 9 2013 and on feb 15 2013 embassy asked her to send passport and visa issued on march 14 2013 so it took 2 months for us to get visa after her i 601 waiver approved for section 212(A)(6)©(i)

how long it take to pickup your passport after your visa has been issued

well my wife interview was in dec 2011 where they refused her visa because he found ineligable under section 212A 6 c i(misreprestation)

i file i-601 waiver on august 2012 and it approved on jan 2013

then my wife send new ds230 pc medical report and passport size photo with passport on 15 feb 2013

so on 14 march 2013 they issued her vi

they did not ask for any document just told me i will get response from american express service with in 10 working days

Raheel Bhai in my case after I-601 waiver approval got call from embassy not interview again juest required update documents ds-230 and medical. I m sending all require documents in August-2012 now still waiting visa my case is in AP last update case 26-jan-2013

are you going from usa embassy islamabad

and did you have same response after i601 approved

when i check the status of my wife visa on 26 jan 2013 it say ready for interview

i got my waiver approved on jan 14 2013 and there is status update on my case from jan 18 2013 then jan 22 2013 and jan 23 2013 why there is status update on my case everyday what does it mean

i am confused if someone can help

my attorney said after i 601 approved we have to start the consular processing from nvc like we did after i 130 approved and he already start it

but i saw so many other people go through us embassy after i 130 approved i don know which one is rite
