Hi there, I received my interview letter through mail. But I haven't received Packet 3 and Packet 4. I know I can download packet 3 and packet 4 through the website. http://mumbai.uscons...ov/ivforms.html But I am not sure if I need to send Packet-3 to the Mumbai Consulate or wait until the interview to take it with me. I would greatly appreciate any insights on this. Thanks.

You got ur appointment letter... So no need to worry. Go ahead, Thats enough. If u need to get the list of documents to be carried, go to mumbai US consulate website, and collect the details. My case was similar to urs and I didnt sent or received any packet 3 or 4. The only thing which I got as an interview appointment letter. There is a site mentioned in the appointment letter, go through that site and create a profile and pay the fee online which is mandatory... Any queries, pls...
