You shouldn't have issue petitioning another after time together and visits. He probably will be questioned about it. Long as he can answer the questions shouldn't be an issue.

You never just don't show up.

when i called immigration they never motioned any about a 221g what is that and for Nigeria you are not allowed to enter the building without a medical form

hello visa journey family i am at my wits end,  my fiancé had a interview date for jan but  we changed the date  do  to the fact that i did not send him the documents in time .  We changed the date to 2/15 well for some of you all who are reading this its feb 15 and he is not going to he's interview due to the fact that he did not get he's medical done in time. now i know and we do plan to change the date and yes, we know he has to pay the visa fee again does him changing he's date twice set out as a RED FLAG?

No i dont. It's a Family friend and she has been here for over 20 yrs , she allowed her visa to expire. Her son filed for her and I was her co- Financial sponsor about 3 or 4 yrs ago. I asked her for the dates but she claims she no longer has those documents. She's not yet a citizen i believe she will be eligible next year
