Hi Shirley, this is Edz... regarding your querry... it will cost you Php115.00 for NBI, Php140 for NSO... Php1200(rush) for Passport... you also need to attend CFO seminar first in able you to use your husband surname in your passport plus you can't fly without that seminar too even your visa will be granted. I think that's a requirements for those Filipina who married foreign husband now .. God bless!
