My fiance and I received packet 3 and have our new case number for the london embassy. But he seems to think he can't send it in prior to the medical. I was told we could and it would speed up the process. Any clue as to if we should wait or can we mail it in? His medical is scheduled for July 2nd, so its not that early.....

Just to be sure before I send this out... I have been making a table of contents for this I-129 petition. Would people say it is better to say petitioner and beneficiary or actually say our names?

As in....

1. Passport of PETITIONER

2. Passport of BENEFICIARY

or

1.Passport of (my name)

2.Passport of (his name)

I just want to make sure I have dotted all my I's and crossed all my T's. I didn't know if using our names would make us more "people" then a form, or if it would be more confusing. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Sending our petition out in a week or so... Fingers crossed it goes smoothly for us and everyone else as well.

Im confused on where to send the i-129F application. On the paperwork it states the dallas office, but when I look at processing times it doesn't even show the Dallas office processing that application. It shows it at the California Center. Do I send it there? Where is the info that says that? Or do I just pick an office?
