we have a petition awaiting approval..been 16 weeks so far..
my Canadian husband pays child support thru FRO, but he is in a lengthy court battle for alimony.
he has a lawyer and court dates...but has paid nothing to alimony,because he is fighting it...final court decision is may 27, 2013..will this pending case affect the backround check? help...
