    Good morning, No luck yet still just waiting. I was in Manila a week ago so stopped by the embassy and inquired about the process. They told me that once there is an approval of the I-130 you can just bring in the 2 DS forms to them at window 38 and get your MNL case number on the spot. After a couple of days your forms will be uploaded to their system then you can set your interview appointment.
