I received both letter from USCIS about my upcoming interview and my interview cancelled letter? Who has experience this kind of problem? What is the reason?

I went this morning,the officer did not say anything,i told her i want to a divorce waiver.i have 84 days to send the divorce decree.

Thanks for the reply jimpavhoung...he filed divorce after my biometric and i didnt know he filed divorce.i was wondering only i received letter from the court.

I have also question,the immigration know if you are getting divorce even you did not tell them?

I dont know what to do.should i call the local office or uscis?or i ask a waiver,where can i get a waiver?

Need help,need some advice?

I need some advice.i have interview nextmonth but i have problem we have scheluled for our divorce also nextmonth the next day after my interview.i ask to my husband if go with me on my interview and he said'yes i go with you'.and i gathered some evidence that i didnt send,because some evidence i already sent to them.

My question is there any possibility that immigration knows that me and my husband were getting divorce and we have scheduled for hearing?my husband he is willing to go on my interview but what if he change his mind that he wont go with me,what should i do if not?
