  1. Yes ds260. It was forwarded to supervisor due to being past the 45 day deadline. But when i haven't heard anything back i called nvc yesterday and talked to customer service and was given another story i calmly ask to speak to a supervisor because not once was i given the same response from them its always different.

  2. I called Nvc yesterday and talked to supervisor due to waiting for them to review ds260. She said she reviewed it while i was on the phone for her and completed the case and i will be getting an email shortly after. I checked online this morning the case doesn't show complete and no email. Been waiting 50 days now. This is for our son.

  3. So 1/04/2016 the IV payment of $325 was tooken out of our bank i received a receipt and on the website it shows paid. So yesterday i called to get a status update and the lady says they are still waiting for the IV payment of $325. I explained to her the payment has been paid and i have a receipt. She refused to look into this further and would not get a superviser on the phone and told me to send a copy of my bank statement?????. I got the email sent with receipt and bank statment and decided to call back and talked with someone else. The next lady was looking into this and it shows paid on one end but not updating in there system. She said she was forwarding this to a supervisor. Mind you i called last friday about this and it was the same thing. What should i do next?

  4. Well i got an email today and the letter stated asking for more info but the last page only had go online to do choice of agent but thats already done. So whats their next step? I had someone else do all this for my wife but this time im on my own saving money.

  5. I called nvc this morning to get case status since today is 31 days since they recived the affidavit of support and they said they have up to 45 days but the letter i got says 20 to 30 days. The lady said it was changed after i got my letter but when i called last week for update i wasn't told this. This is for our 5yr old son. It didn't take this long when i filed for my wife.

    For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

  7. So this morning I got the email from USIS that they received my I-130 so I longed on entered my number they sent me and this is what it says below. Please let me know what this means cause i see the circle is Initial Review is darken but not the Acceptance is not.

    On February 5, 2013, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

    During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.

  8. Hi, VJers.. I would really like your help to this matter. Just now I applied for my boss' daughter SEVIS FEE. Through the website and I used credit card method to do this payment. I read that I should get the receipt right away after I submit the payment. However, I did not get any and when I check the status, it won't let me...

    How do I know if the website took the payment already or not...?

    Please help...

    You should check your card account to find out if its been charged or not.
