Hello everyone just got back from Haiti an hour ago!!!! Sad but I'm ready to find out how to deal with this denied Visa...   the easiest way you could do that is marry him in Haiti or in Dominican Republic then you will fill I-130 for him then he will get his green card in 3 weeks when he get to USA. But you need to be a US citizen and things will go faster. Believe me, i done this with my wife, she is a US citizen. CRI visa process is quicker than fiancee visa.
