My husband had his name changed on his birth certificate as a child, the change is on his birth certificate and all his documents since, do I need to include his previous name (his mother switched his last name from his father's to her maiden name when they divorced).
Also if I change my name during the processing of the I130 is that okay? I'm planning on hyphenating my husband's last name with my own, and would like to do it sooner rather than later, but understand it takes time and I don't want to wait to submit my I130 and so on paperwork.

My husband is a New Zealander, would it be quicker to get him to the US if I filed in New Zealand? I miss him terribly, and need him here.

I miss the hell out of my husband, and I'm just praying it won't likely be too long. I can't bear being without him. He's a New Zealand citizen, I'm a US citizen, we were married on Jan 3rd 2013.

My husband is a new zealand citizen, we're applying for a green card for him, and I was wondering, I'm self employed, started my business year before last, but I didn't start making money really till 2012, can my dad file an affidavit of support in lieu of me, as my tax return for last year doesn't look great.

Well I'm a feminist, and I don't want to change my last name to his (as well my first name and last name are alliterative and i really don't want to lose that). One of the reasons I married my husband is because we're both feminists... and I'd be very upset betraying that.
