H1-B transfer withdrawal in Work Visas Posted January 12, 2013 A company filed an H1-B transfer on my behalf which is still pending. In the process, my current employer made a counter offer. Question: Am i responsible to pay for liquidated damages even if I didnt start working for them? considering that the transfer is still pending.
