I request to experience person to look my table of content. Please let me suggest if I am missing anything or providing extra documents. I have one question in my mind that I am going to send 2 copies (some of 3 copies) of my non US passport, I-94 and birth certificate, marriage certificate in Form I-485, Form I-130, and Form I-765. I don’t know it’s right or not? Should I only attach my non US passport, I-94 and birth certificate only in I-485? I got married in USA and right now I am in F1 Visa. This week i am going to send (I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-485, I-765) forms . hoping for yours feedback.

I am going to send I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-485, I-765 forms . I am thinking to keep I-130, I-864, I-765 and I-485 separately in different envelopes with required documents . Tag name of every form in out side of envelopes and finally put all these 4 envelopes in one big envelope. Any suggestion about it?

I am going to send (I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-485, I-765) Forms. In I-765 it again say submit marriage certificate and non immigrant visa copy, 9-94 . It means Should I again include these copies. I already included these documents with I-864 and I-130 .

From I-485 ask to attach a copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a Visa number immediately available to you. What document should I need to attach.

I am working off the last one and modifying to fit what I have. Changing the names, the dates, and adding/deleting stuff that I have or don't have. Basically organizing it into 3 sections for each part of the application (AOS, EAD, and AP). But it sure is overwhelming trying to keep track of all this stuff! And then to make a copy for my own records too... aghhh. Going to be spending a lot of this weekend photocopying parts of passports and forms! I just got 6 passport photos yesterday.

In the section of I-765 Form (Application for Employment Authorization), there is another form named: i-765ws. Who need to fill up this form? I got marriage in USA to the US citizen. Do I need to fill up this form too?

Hopefully I am going to apply for my marriage green card (I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-485, I-765) in next week in USA. I want to know is there any changes in 2013??? Every document I prepared based on last year 2012.

I made a digital "album" if you will in Word, 2 photos with captions per page, printed on high quality color printer. We had all original photos for the interview...

What will be best, sending relationship pictures in photo album or thumbnail color print in A4 size paper? Please share your experience how you sent in your case. Its for marriage GC process in USA.

Really finger print will be only for non immigrant not USA spouse (US citizen)? then i dont have any bad things and always clean person.and visited many countries through school scholarship program.. Europe, USA.:)

What's an "international citizen" anyway? She doesn't have to go through background check. They fingerprint only the beneficiary and not the petitioner. So, relax and have a drink!!! Don't do pot though.

MY wife was arrested by police when she was smoking marijuana when she was under 21 years old (12 years ago) and court assigned her 60 hour public service and less than $100 fine. I am worried is it make any issues during background security check for our marriage green card? My Wife is US citizen and I am international citizen.
