My interview is schedualed soon and I am not able to find certificate of narutalization of my spouse. Would there be any problem ? Any suggestions.

My souse is in the process of changing last name after our marriage Since now we have changed last name to few documents only and on passport and other documents still showing my spouse original last name. We are close to applying for I 751 application for Her. would that be any issue in application or we would be fine if we explain that chaning last name is on process ?

In application we are confused which last name to put. ?

I have already received my EAD Card few days back and now interview is upcoming in few weeks. I have a question for Social Security Card and number. Should I get Card before going to My Aos interview? How long it will take to get the one? What if I get Social security card and number after my Aos Interview?

Dose officer at interview ask for that to every body?

My wife is US CITIZEN and we filled out all the forms and printed out but we did not put Alien Registration number (A .............) in any forms. Since that number is for permanent resident is it important to put that number in all forms..Please reply asap.

One more question is for question 14. After she filled out my I 94 number , they ask for authorization stay expires as shown on I 94. But i am on student visa so on I94 it says as D/S. so which date we have to enter. Please reply..

My wife is US CITIZEN and she is filling out form g 325A. We have 2 queries for that.

there are 2 questions at the end of the form..please guide us what to write in that.

1) This form is submitted in connection with an application for .........................

1) naturalization 2) status as a permanent resident 3) other........... ( What to write in this , she is applying for me.)

2) if your native alphabet is other then roman letters write your name in native alphabet..we dont get it .in what language they are asking for.. please guide us.

I just recently got married and my US citizen wife is planning to fill out W-20 ( Tax returns for the 2012).

We got married in January. So my question is , is she have to file as a married or single. Since it is for year 2012 when we both were single but in January 2013 we got married. so is she have to apply as Married or when we will fill out next year for year 2013 then it would apply? Please reply.

TD bank statement for joint account ownership.

Affidavits of support from third parties.

Copies of traveling tickets / Copies of e-cards sent to each other.

Verizon wireless phone statements for communication

Photos taken together during celebrations/ vacations / time spent together.
