Merrytooth and bsd058 thank you for your reply!But ALL THIS will effect her immigration status?She started to be very scared after her mom was hold and questioned about her best friend overstay (WHY DID THEY DO THAT??).Her mom was finally allowed to entry the country,and of course she already went back.

As i said she is scared,(because of her friend overstayed),she tried to find an advice for a lawyer but no success,she doesn't know what are the procedures in this case,and she is blaiming herself.

In conclusion, does anybody know what the law is about this? Thank you in advance!

I have a friend that she is very upset with her situation.I will write in a few words what happened.

She is hapilly married with her husband and in the process to lift her conditions.In 2010 she wrote an invitation to her best friend to visit her.

In the summer 2012 her best friend arrived based on her invitation,and she stayed at their house.

After her best friend arrived things started to change,her best friend become rude,and sayed wanted to go and spend her vacation in a big city,that is nothing to do in that city,and she left.

She left their house and moved in a big city.My friend started to be suspicious,that something is wrong.She asked her friend to go back because her turist visa will expire.Her best friend overstayed.

My friend is feeling responsable for what happened beacuse she and her husband invited her best friend. Also her mom visited her 3 months ago(she is visiting her every year,but she never stays more then 3 weeks because of her work),and she was stopped at the border and asked about the friend who overstayed,and the officer even if he saw she got back in the past,he still had doubts about her mom.

I know most of the topics here are with peoples that got tricked by their wifes,but what is happening if you got tricked by your best friend?

What will be the consequinces,and what does she has to do?Is this going to effect her in the future?Or now that she applied for I 751?

And last what kind of advice you will give her to all the situation?She is very hurted of what happened,especially that her best friend didn't told her the real intensions and tricked her...
