A quick question - just received my 10-year GC based on marriage to a US citizen. How many years of tax transcript do I need to send over when filing N400? three years or five years? after filing the return for the past 2012 (not yet started), I will have three-year returns filing jointly (2010--2012), and two-year returns filing as a single (2008--2009).

I meant is the apartment lease an necessary evidence anyway? we have joint tax returns, health and car insurance, car loan, utility bills, etc.

Hello all - I am a few months away from filing my N400. Our apartment lease was expired in September last year, however, our landlord didn't ask us to sign a new lease. We also would like not be locked in a long-term lease as we have plans to move to another state. My question is when I submit my N400 package, can I include the previous leases up till September of last year, along with the check copies from the bank post September 2012? any other alternatives or suggestions? Thanks!
