Well I have no clue how to understand the Visa Bullietin to see where they are in processing. Have you gone to look at it to see where they are. Looks like the date is September 22, 2010.

Someone will come along soon and maybe at least give you a timeline when to expect to be processed. I believe you have another year or so.

The visa bulletin says Its october 2010. But they have asked me to submit all my documents along with police report, by sseptember. The nvc's mail on 18 decemeber said that my case is waiting for an interview appointment. So tell me what should I make of it

Are you a LPR applying? I see you are on a student Visa. And you say you were done in August?

What is your priority date?

Have you checked the Visa Bulletin to see what dates they are on?

And it helps us all to help you if you would fill out your timeline so we know what type of Visa you applied for, and when you sent things in and when it was approved. this is how we all know what to expect. Thanks

i actually submitted all my documents by august 2012. than i didnt hear anything from NVC for a while. than in September i mailed them regarding the status of my case and they said as they dont have visas currently so i have to wait. i again mailed them in December and they replied on 18 December that my case is waiting for interview appointment in islamabad. so was my case completed before and how long do i have to wait.

Is it the same for pakistan.

Hey my case got completed on 18 dec and I haven't gotten the email yet. Maybe its more slow in pakistan. Hoping next week gets my intErview. Praying:s

i think than the case is sent to the coutry"s local consulate to be scheduled for an interview.

hey everyone.

i submitted all the requested documents by July 2012. After that i received an email by NVC that they will contact my when the case is sent to the local consulate. My pd is feb 2011. after that i again contacted them on october 2012 regarding my case status and they said that visa not available. than on December i again contacted the NVC and they said that the case has been sent to the islamabad consulate and is waiting for the interview appointment. can anyone tell me how long due i haveto wait
