      Congrats! Your listed wedding day is my birthday so double congrats! My petition arrived at NVC 6 business days after NOA2. I received the NOA2 letter quickly, less than a week from approval.       Also it takes the NVC at least a week to respond to emails so I would suggest go ahead and send; NVCInquiry@state.gov . Include your information- petitioner & beneficiary names/ birthdates, USCIS receipt #. I would start calling after a few days. After you get MNL number, I read you can go ahead and pay visa fees and schedule interview.
