Thank you! I had been looking at the I-130, but it only mentioned being on a tourist visa and not a work visa, so I wasn't sure.

I find myself faced with a situation that I never would have expected. I have been in the US on TN Visas since 2008. A year and a half ago, I met my boyfriend who is a US Citizen. Recently, he broached the subject of getting married and what that would mean for us. Aside from the typical sort of discussion that I would assume comes with that topic came the question of what to do about my visa status if we were to consider getting married and continuing to live in the US. I've done some basic searching online to see if I could find information on what that would mean for my visa options, but haven't really found anything that relates to the situation. Does anybody here have any insight on what my options would be and what would be involved in making them happen? Heck, at this point, I'd really appreciate just being pointed in the right direction.
