    any help plz ...my wife didnt travel to usa since she was a child , studying abroad but not employed till now , does she coz she is the prtitioner or any other person is ok , i found a friend there in california ....help plz have to be the sponser

      Most anyone can be a sponsor. I think they need to be a permenant resident or maybe just citizens. But it can be friends, family ,members of the church, co-workers.

    i-130 our case is approved since 28 dec , didnt recieved any hard copy of notification from the start , and case not recieved yet to NVC
