    ok guyssss sooo heres my story we had our interview date for june 24 inembassy of costa rica my fiance went and he says that everything was good they called his name took his information all his papers she sorted it for him and took his fingerprints and asked him a few questions , how we meet where was i ect and then he was going to pay and go on to the 2 interview but there were some dificulties with his card so he went to retrieve it from the bank and there was a problem he went back to the embassy to ask to come back in the afternoon and they said no he had to reschedule i was heartbroken i cried the whole day sad.png i wanted my answer that day so i call next day and they wanted to set up his interview for another month and i somewhat stood my ground and said no and thank god!!!! they gave it to him today and we have been approved he paid and went to the interview the officer asked him 4 question how we meet what we did on our spare time where i like to eat and how many sister did i have and then made him smile and told him you have been approved i am soo happy no 3 to 7 days to pick up the visa but what is that after the wait!!!!! thank god with out him none of this is possible thank to all of you that have been with us thru this journey biggrin.pngtongue.pngkicking.gif

    one more thing we had a little problem because my fiance had his brith certificate and he is born from nicaragua and he didnt reliaze it was no authenticated they told him it was ok but he had to get one authenticated before he left to miami so guys heads up smile.png

    Most consular fees can be paid to the Consular Cashier. The exception is the fee associated with nonimmigrant visa applications, which can only be paid at local Banco Nacional branches. Consular fees may be paid in cash, either in U.S. dollars or in local currency (Costa Rican Colones), or with a major credit card. The Consular Section does not accept checks or money orders. :) this is Costa Rica embassy interview on monday??

So i have a question my fiancé has his interview June 24 yay and I was planning to buy his ticket after the interview and one way but my friend that brought her husband from Colombia told me I have to buy a rountrip or I will have to buy one at the airport and he needs it because its a fiancé visa and in case he wants to come back but I had read that one way was ok :( another question how much we're your medical app so far we are at 240 one more app tomarrow and we are filing Costa Rica

So i wanted to share with you guys What i decided to do when I first stared this process for the k1 I went to a lawyer and they were charging me 2500 for the whole process and I couldn't not afford that but then I found a agency that helps you with the whole process translating the papers notarizing preparing for 500 and at that time I didn't have 500 dollars and

    I was on a payment plan I know a lot of you say that we can do it ourselfs but I was always worried if I was missing something and let me tell you they helped me from begaing to end I was blessed for there help and I wanted to share with you guys how I did my k1 visa we filed January 2013 and our interview is June 24 toda la Gloria a dios :)

  5. Yesss lol i wrote my babe letter And it said The same exact thing as mine just difrent mames lol And it went something along this like i ______ intened to Marry ______ within 90 days oh his enrancie to The united states we are very in love And cant wait to togrher

Every morning I wake up I pray that it's been approved and so far I wake up disappointed but never less will I give up hope that soon I will get that noa2 I'm sure ALL of you know the struggle it is to be far from the one you love the stress the pain the unecesary fights the agony of the wait but this is all worth it at the end of the day when I dream of having him here by my side :) so to never giving up hope and to all of us receiving a noa2 :)

  7. so im look at the the processing time for vermont and i see it says 5 months!! for i129f in my case it would be the fiance not married k1 but i am sure if my green eyes are seeing the right thing???

    just to inform you guys how amazing god is when i first summited my papers i prayed for them to go to california since at that time it was ahead and going fast but to my disgrace it got sent to vermont i was so upset but god is so wonderful that vermont is now ahead and hopefuly the process wont be that long ... im sure lots of you have felt like this

    and to my california filers dont give up hope :) back to the question please let me know if what i see is correct?
