    All VJ members; my petition has been approved. I filed on June 27 2012 and NOA1 was July 9 2012. Today, a got a text msg and my case status was updated: On January 22, 2013, your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was approved.

      My fiancee had her K1 interview in April 2013 and she was placed on "Administrative Processing". Lask week she had a call from the US Embassy in Ghana to submit a new medical, since what they on file had expired. Last Friday(Sept 13 2013)she drpped off her Passport and the medical results. She was told to return on Friday 20th Sept...to pick up her visa packet. I thank all VJ members whose advice and support went a long way to help me and my fiance through the long and arduous process...
