I hope he can't do such a thing because right now he took my conditional gc ( the expired one) because he doesnt want me to benefit out of it...pls advice me, he's been a verbally abusive husband to me and my minor son.. He's always blaming my son for not perfectly doing things he wanted him to do... I've been disciplining my son but to my husband its not enough instead he made a deal with me that we will be good if I send my son back to Philippines. My son is twelve yrs old and we both petitioned by my husband

I am married to a US citizen and was granted a conditional greencard after our marriage..my conditional greencard expired on January 3, 2013 but we filled to removed the condition using I-751 form last oct. 2012, I had my biometrics last nov. 2012 and still waiting to further advice from the uscis, now can my husband stop the processing because weve been fighting over things that we don't agree and our marriage is falling apart? pls help..i want to move out from our apartment. but my worry is he will call the uscis to stop the process..can he do such a thing? pls advice
