CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Good day everyone.. how's everybody? getting agitated ?maybe, but let us just keep praying that soon we could be together with our loved ones...

Just this morning 7am (Philippine time)my fiance told me to check the USCIS website because there's a notice stated in our status that "On April 23, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.'

I and my fiance are thinking and confused what does this mean? I've been sending emails to USCIS asking about out case status as well my fiance kept on calling them, maybe they are getting tired of reading my emails and listening to the voice of my fiance lols...

Oh i tried this one..mostly ahead of our receipt number were DACA cases and later to us are also DACA...Maybe this is the reason why they settled us aside ..so funny thoughts but horrible if so...

To the frustration of many, CSC started the year with "competing agency priorities" (USCIS words, not mine) and was approving I-129F petitions at record low rates. The numbers given here are taken solely from VJ members updating their timelines.

January: 18 NOA2, 4 RFE

February: 15 NOA2, 8 RFE

March: 26 NOA2, 3 RFE

April began like the previous months of 2013:

First week of April - 4 NOA2, 0 RFE

And then the CSC frenzy began! Starting slowly at first with November/December approvals, the momentum picked up quite quickly and shifted to July-September approvals:

April 8: 6 NOA2

April 9: 5 NOA2

April 10: 0 NOA2

April 11: 6 NOA2, 1 RFE

April 12: 8 NOA2, 2 RFE

April 13: 0 NOA2, 2 RFE (Saturday)

April 15: 12 NOA2

April 16: 14 NOA2, 3 RFE

April 17: 26 NOA2, 5 RFE

April 18: 26 NOA2, 7 RFE

April 19: 31 NOA2, 4 RFE

April 20: 10 NOA2 (Saturday)

This is a breakdown of the April approvals by NOA1 month:

July: 19

August: 53

September: 32

October: 1

November: 14

December: 29

It is good to see CSC clearing out their backlog. Congratulations to all that have been approved!!!

I hope this continues until they are back to a 5 month processing timeframe.

hello...What's up with october they approved only 1? Its so frustrating.. Praying that this week will be a good one for all of us.. God bless us always..

10 minutes ago I got the NOA2 via email! I'm physically shaking!

I will say this....It's not over yet, but we are a lot closer!!

Please DO contact your congressman/senator. It really does help them to gain knowledge of the situation we have been/are facing.

My NOA1 was 21st September 2012.

Hi VJ family. My fiancé received USCIS e-mail informing us that our NOA2 is approved on March 16, 2013. It took 8 months and 3 weeks and yes quite a very long time but we never lose hope.

We are so happy and this is a good sign that CSC is getting back on track and hopefully everyone will get their NOA2 soon. You are all in my prayers Dearies.

Waiting and getting anxious was never easy but always remember, good things happen in God's time. Keep up the faith and God bless us all!

By the way, pls give me a link on what we do for the next step. I just wanna make sure we get everything correct. Thank you so much.

We filed on October 5 and received our NOA1 on October 10. No word yet. Hoping to hear something soon.

Good day! We are same date of filing ang receiving the NOA1 ocober 10th of 2012..Let us just pray that our turn will come soon of receiving the NOA2..Happy for you guys who received theirs already..God speed.. In God's perfect time all things will work together for good...
