someone in another post said he marked H with a note says FILED CONCURRENTLY WITH I-130 PETITION BY CITIZEN SPOUSE
I will file my application next week. Is A right one for one who holds H1-B married to Us citizen and filing both I-130 and I-485 together?
I also have a question of how you filed the package. Did you file the I-485 and I-130 in different envelopes or all documents together in one big envelope?
