  1. Many congrats!! Please share details.. When did you get a call for oath and finger print? Did they ask updated documents? Etc

Well guyz received call from Islamabad embassy on 30th Sep 2014 that my docs are complete and i have to visit embassy for oath & fingerprints very next day. Interesting part is i missed 16 calls from them as I was sleeping late but still they tried me and got through on 17th time. So traveled to embassy last day n got issued. There were more than 30 ppl for same purpose and all were approved. Submitted my second medical on 4th August 2014 n that's it. Whole process was agonizing n disturbing but still we were very optimistic n I think Its not AP its a patience test that embassy conducts on every applicant. I conducted the whole process myself without any legal aid and RFE and there were some times when my folks asked me to hire an attorney but I knew attorney would do nothing.Me and my wife are both now happy and looking forward to better. Plz wish us luck for the original journey that starts now.I wish u all luck health n prosperity with your loved one's.Keep me in your prayers.

  2. Praise Allah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband was called into the embassy for fingerprint and oath today. He was called to the window, asked to do the oath and gave his fingerprints. The woman told him "Congratulations, you are approved. You will have your visa is 7-10 days. After 3 years of waiting, our journey is coming to an end and our new life together will begin. There have been many ups and downs through this whole process and I thank everyone here on this forum for all of your support. Here are the particulars of our case:

    • Married 11/11/2011
    • Filed 12/2011
    • Approved at USCIS 10/2012
    • Interview at embassy 1/2013
    • We saw sporadic updates from 1/2013-1/2014
    • There were several updates in 3/2014, result our case was requested back by USCIS
    • In May 2014 a Homeland Security officer visited my home in the US and interviewed me (wife/petitioner)
    • Returned to the embassy end of June
    • Request in the first week of July for updated documents (DS260, marriage certificate, nikkah nama, birth certificates), passport and medical were not requested at this time
    • About 5-6 updates until August 22nd
    • Congressional inquiry Sept 8th, response - waiting to schedule oath and fingerprints
    • Call from the embassy Sep 18th to schedule the appoiuntment, bring new medical and passport for the 29th

    Mabrook.May u have a happy life ahead...

  3. Hello guys.. my wife had interview on 23rd sep in islamabad

CR1 category. Interview went really well but she was given green administrative processing paper. Visa officer lady said to my wife. Dont worry everything is good but they cant issue visa right now .. have to follow procedure. You will get ur passport in few days. But dont worry interview is clear. So confused at the moment. What would hav gone wrong. :/

Bro wish u best of luck in ur case.Green sheet shows that she has been placed in 221g admistrative processing. It will take some time as they need back ground checks. but not to worry if CO told her that she will get the visa soon than she will...

  4. Thanks bro i really appreciate ur kind words.I hv been a silent observer of this forum n really when ever some one gets positive news from the embassy or nvc it gives relief. This whole process is quite agonizing as ur thoroughly kept blind by the authorities.Any how we understand that this process has its course specially designed for our Male applicants.Being and staying positive is the only solution to complete this course.

  5. I wud say dont ever think to go to pakistan, me myself is a Sindhi paksitani but i wud never go there cuz its crazzy out there ppl r retarted, they are killing eachother, terrorists ,target killers, kidnapers, (redical religouse) corrupts politicians , corrupt police, even if you go out with your fiance's brother still you wud never knw what will happen after 5mins, take my advice never think to visit this kind of crazzy country its better meet your fiance in uae jst like i did, i told my wife to visit me in uae cuz pakistan is unsecure for every american and for every universal citizen, I watch news everyday ppl r dying there like animals its so sad i really feel so bad for everybody out there.God Bless you Bro

    Long live to Sindh

Ohooooo a furious little Sindhi Kitten on this forum. Afraid of his homeland hiding in USA. If you are so much afraid of your home than why do u even relate yourself to this terrorist state. People like u should be ashamed of being pakistani or Sindhi. Our land of Sindh has given birth to many Scholars, teachers, mentors, Leaders and Patriots dont kno where u come from. Who gave u the right of portraying my home like this. people over here are not retarded instead they are very humble kind and loving as well as our hospitality is very well known throughout the world.U have offended all Pakistani's.Media has been thoroughly misguiding ppl like u but how could u just go against ur land.I dont have the right to advice u but u should stop advising people as people like u are a shame to my country.

  6. Hi to all members,

Just received an email from NVC that "my wife does not meet the minimum income requirements as per the poverty level. The counslar officer will make a decision regarding this requirement during the time of interview. In order to avoid delays you may wish to submitt an I-864 for another joint sponsor to assist in sponsoring the intending Immigrant."

Im quite confused here are they going to give me a date for an interview to appear with the I-864A at the time of interview or should I just send another AOS with joint sponsor to the NVC and than they will issue me a date for interview.

Wife is very depressed over there as we dont feel comfortable asking friends or family for the monetary help. She moved back 8 months ago and started a job at retail outlet earning quite fine above poverty level but this years reurn was definitely for only 6 months.

I believe this forum would be informative.

We recieved this RFE on Valentine's day. :(

  7. Hi all members

We applied IR 1 4 months ago rite now NVC has asked for AOS and Ds230 submissions. My wife moved back to US 6 months ago and started working in a retail outlet. She is making above 125% to poverty level but she hasn't filed any tax return or w2.Do we need to find any joint sponsor or she can apply on her self for AOS?kindly reply with the procedures also.

  8. you said you received a reply from NVC after couple of weeks to send the DS 3032 you already sentZ? I would resend it via email if i were you. It does not hurt to do that. i actually emailed two Ds 3032 last year while filing for my mom (one with a scanned attachment and the other without incase it goes to spam folder) and I also mailed a hard copy. My Ds 3032 was accepted just after couple of days then. so resend it via email and see. did you get an AUTO RESPONSE after you sent it the first time?

Yes I got the auto response first time and today again I send it n ot the auto response.I actually used the template from this site and just copy paste it with details in my email did not made any attachments nor signed it.Is it necessary to sign it before sending as mostly ppl say they dont...

I believe I read somewhere that if you've already sent it that you should not send it again. The email you received is automated from what I understand. BUT with that said, I would call in to ask them if it has been received and accepted and applied to your file since you already sent it.

Going to make a call n update their response.
