    I have the same situation. We contacted customer service. They escalated the case. How long does this process take? Thanks in advance.

    It is normal wait time. You will be asked to submit documents sometime in 2021... Check https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html for the latest priority dates that are on process. Don't get married so you won't be placed in the F3 category which has longer wait time.

     

    For security purposes, I cannot provide you my case number. I'm now in the Unites States. Good luck to you.

    I got a response from them to submit documents and pay fee on Nov2006. SInce August ang priority date mo and F2B ka, they should've have contacted you earlier than me. That is why binigay ko sayo ung contact us link for you to inquire thru email and tell them your case number. Sumasagot sila sa inquiries na ganyan.

    You are lucky because you are almost there, my pd is August 2006 and still waiting for interview letter to come i have no clue when shall i receive it. I received letter last week saying that my case is already in the queue awaiting interview appointment i don't know if im gonna wait for few months again in order to receive the said letter.
