    You did really good on your timeline, and probably lucked out doing your interview in Bismarck.  Mine will be in Fargo and they are 12 months plus, behind.  My N400 file was registered August 26, 2016 and no progress.

     

    Do you know of any people who have recently had their case, or are soon to be, in Fargo?  Also, have you any update on oath ceremonies?

      Hi :) I thought that I am waiting way to long because some people before me waited only 3-4 month (from sending the application to the actual oath ceremony). My friend had her interview in Fargo (I think she had it in January 2016, and she sent her application on October 2015). I was reading about oath ceremonies in Fargo and people say there are usually 3-4 ceremonies during the year - usually in April, June, September and one more...not sure. I am hopping that I am not going to have my oath ceremony before this September because we are traveling overseas this August. You are waiting since last August just to be scheduled for an interview?! That's crazy...

      Jesmo,nekoliko puta.Kazu da se ceka oko 15 radnih dana da slucaj dodje u NVC i ubace ga u sistem,tada vam daju case number i posalju ga za nekoliko dana u zemlju iz koje je verenik/verenica. Mi smo cekali od 20. maja do 6. juna da stigne u NVC, a 10.juna je krenulo u Srbiju. To moze da se prati preko dhl-a. Mada i to jako brzo stigne,tako da mozes da zoves ambasadu oko nedelju dana nakon sto je poslato. ;)

      ...upoznali, kopija SSN kartice, kao i pismo od kancelarije njihove da sam zakazala pravljenje SSN kartice....ne mogu sada da se setim sta jos :)

      Ukratko trazili su mi dokaze da sam ja prosle god legalno usla u usa,jer smo se mi tamo upoznali....kao i da smo bili u isto vreme na istom mestu. Poslali smo mi njima slike,ali o ovome nismo uopste ni razmisljali. Znaci kopije pasosa, transakcije sa kartice(moje i njegove), DS 2019(posto sam ja isla preko J1 vize),pa W2 formular,pa overena izjava da je Luka bio fizicki prisutan svo vreme na poslu-u tom gradu gde sam i ja bila, zatim overene izjave svedoka da su nas videli zajedno i da su me...
