We received the I-797C about the appointed date for biometrics that is April, 12. Of course we 'r happy but we should now to know how to reschedule for the other date as we travel to the other State since April 11 till April 13. Would appreciate if someone would explain us the correct way how to reschedule as we are lost with this and a bit confused....lol.

Filed our AOS on March 9, received e-notification confirmation about receiving on March 17. Yesterday on March 21 we received Notification as a regular mail that our 485 and 131 and application for a reavel doc are received and are in the process.

Filed AOS 485 with the all necessary docs for that. Received E-notification about Chicago Center received our package with docs,

Thank u! But our copy that we taken was not registered yet, we just asked the Court clerk just to make us copy for any case even it had no #. The clerk said wait in 2 weeks you will get the Original by mail with the registered #.

I am entered the USA on December 23, 2012 on the base of K1 Fiancee visa. We are happy to declare that we married on February 3! We are SO HAPPY! well, we started our journey in midsummer of 2011. spent last xmas together in kiev. we have met 5 times in cancun in 2012. filed for i-129f on march 30, 2012. received k-1 on december 7,2012. mila came to me on xmas eve. what a xmas present for each of us.
