wow, really did you speak to a tier 2? Ours I dont know when it will come...My case was last touched since July and stuck to that..

sis, me too still no update everytime we called we got the same response.. did u call them ba lately?

What happen to CSC now? Its so sad that half of the july filers have not yet receive their NOA2...

This waiting game stressed me out...

I envy vj members who have their NOA2 already, I know I have to be patient but sometimes its driving me crazy checking our case status almost everyday and still under review.

I know God will give us his favor in His time, all I am asking is that my relationship to God will increase especially my faith that God will come into my heart and soul and He will answer all our prayers...

I filed in july and got our notice of acceptance on july 24th. nothing since then. I've even tried to request an expedite, they sent a RFE supposedly that i never recieved in november and then another one in december that we replied to. =( i think my adjucating officer is being ridiculous. it's sad that this process is taking so long.

2 weeks after we submit a service request we received a automated response letter from them, but until now our case hasnt been touch..

Can you tell me how to get to the operator? He really is not a phone person.. Sorry.. If I could, I would just do it myself.. Thanks!

My fiancee called them last month and he told the operator to transfer us to tier 2 but the tier 1 declined to do it instead my fiancee asked him how can we submit a service request and then the tier 1 told us that he can make it for us..

How do you submit a service request. My fiance could not even get to the operator.

Its the tier 1 who make the service request for us

File for a service request to tier 2 and they will give a referral no. After a week or two you will receive a letter from the USCIS stating that your case is under review and you will have to wait for 60 days. But actually 60 days is just a generic answer. I had filed for a service request and after 2 weeks i got a letter from the USCIS. Then after 5 days I got approved.

Hi thank you so much for this information, actually everytime we call we requested the tier1 to transfer us to tier 2 but we waited almost 1 hour and no one ever answered.. What time did you call them?

OP, when were you able to file your service request? They received my petition 7/20 but when I tried to file the service request 12/27 they told me I couldn't because it was still in the processing timeline (they were working on 7/16). Did you file it with a Tier 2?

I think we submit our service request to tier 1....

Hello everyone I'm also a july filer under csc and we received a response to our inquiry from uscis but I dont know what is the meaning of this no actual information anyone can enlighten me with this letter,actually Im so worried that what if they loss our files or maybe they forget it in a basket. I miss my fiance so much
