My wife is living here in the United States right now, so, I am a bit confused as how to answer Q.19 on the I-130 ( Your relative's address abroad) since she doesn't have one. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Do they send you somewhere to get fingerprinted or is that up to the person to find a place to get them done?

Can a USC petition his mother in law?

A-number has nothing to do with your passport, one will be assigned when USCIS decides to. If you are filling out an application, just write "None" in that space.
Thank you

I was looking at the biometrics and it asks for the "A" number. My wife never received one because she came over before passports were mandatory and she used her Indian status card to gain entry. What should we do?

Are you a USC? Or are you trying to adjust your status?
I am the USC

I gather you are the US citizen and she is the immigrant? So you are saying she came here in 04 and overstayed? I don't get your question or why it matters she is 50% Native American. Could you clarify please.
Sorry, she is Canadian. The reason I mentioned that she is 50% Native American is to show that she has been here legally the whole time. Everything I have read always states that the applicant came to the US after starting the application. In our case, we are already here and will that make a difference?

My wife is Native American (50%+) and she came here in 04. My question is, will it be a problem when applying through IR-1?
CREATION OF RECORD SUCCESFUL
in National Visa Center (Dept of State)

Today, my wife went in for her Creation of Record and was approved. Walked out with a I-94 filled out and a I-551 stamped on it with a S-13 on it. Her next step is to wait for a notification in the mail to come in and have her fingerprints taken then wait on her card to come in the mail.
