Jennifer, It is only my best guess but I think that since you have a cosponsor that qualifies you won't have any problem. At worst they would give you a request for more information but your interview would be done. I have sent and received stuff through LBC, it's like $70 but gets here in 5 days to Dagupan from South Dakota

I forgot to answer your question, yes it is for the DS 230 part 1 and the DS 2001. In the subject line of the email put your MNL case number and then the applicants last name followed by his first name. I hope this helps.

Hi, may I ask if you live close to Manila. If you do you can go to the USCIS there and they will give you a complete packet and check your passport right then to see if you qualify.

Hi Jennifer, Yes I was able to get my case number over the phone yesterday and will be making the appointment for interview at the end of this week. When I was on the phone with them they told me to email my DS forms to them to be uploaded into their system. I remember that you said they didn't take yours but I think to be safe you should scan and email them to them anyway.

Good morning, I was looking at the travel doc's site to see how you set up the appointment for the interview but couldn't see what you click on to start the process. Also I've read that if your not fast in picking a date it will lock you out-- is there anything to this?

Hi Jennifer, I see that you have set your date for your interview. When you did this was there other dates that were sooner or are the interview dates that far out. I'm still hoping to get my I-130 approved one of these days, yours was done so fast.
