Approved June 22nd and card mailed out today June 26th!!

Hmm that's strange. My full Biometrics were done 2 years ago when applying for my conditional green card. Maybe they consider that still current.

WOW they were fast this time round. Went in today in Michigan City, IN at 8am and was out by 8:30am. Only done 1 Finger print and took new picture, she said that was all I need as I was tier 2 (or something along those lines). Guess because I already hold a green card.

Do you staple your pages together? Like the application then the different pieces of evidence to keep them together?
Also do you have to write your A-Number on every page of evidence or just the additional info sheets?
Thanks

We had a lawer prepare everything for our AOS so not sure how they sent it. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.....
Also do you send 2 checks, 1 for application and 1 for Biometrics or just put the $590 on one check?
Thanks

Only filed taxes once, got my EAD February 2013 and my GC March so 2013 was the first year I worked.
Can't file 2014 taxes until get my 1095-A from healthcare.gov
We have our house lease contract in our names, car insurance, renters insurance, medical insurance and 2014 tax return.
My wifes credit is destroyed and recently got a court order to pay back over $40,000. If she's on a joint account with me the courts can freeze all our money. I'm the only person that works and she stays and home with our daughter.

My wife was able to get our transcript from last year.
We haven't filed this year yet as we're still waiting on the 1095 form from the Obamacare
-
I tried to get a transcript last night but wouldn't let me get one online.
Asked for one to be mailed to me and it would only send it to my old address (the address on my tax return)?
So I have to file a change of address with IRS to be able to get one sent to my new address.

Hey Guys,
Time to file my ROC and need some quick info.
1. Addition Answer sheets - Does it have to be 1 sheet per question or can i answer multiple questions on 1 sheet?
2. Tax returns - I file through Turbo Tax can i just send that info with the application?
3. Joint bank account - We have a join bank account but has not been used for over 6 months due to moving to Indiana where there are no Bank of Americas and i just opened a Chase account and my wife has just been using my debit card. Should i send them with the little activity there is on them or not. We have plenty of other evidence to supply.
Thanks

I dont understand why scotland would want to see your greencard as your british passport should have been sufficient
-
Just do one check for $1,490 thats what we did

I think you need to explain to him for the sake of your children to work things out so you and your children can live in the same country.

How many of you use the envelope that came with your green card to protect it and prevent wireless interference?
How can wireless interference effect it?

Sadly it would simply not be approved as its based on marriage. If you already had a green card and you were applying for removal of conditions you would have a chance as he cheated on you.

Looks good to me, make copies of everything you send too. We did and put them in a folder and took them to our interview incase of discrepancies. We didn't need them but better to have too much than not enough.
Good luck

Hey Guys,
Received my Green Card today after being approved on the 27th March. I'm so glad everything is finally over (well for 2 years anyway) Again thank you for everyones help on VJ you knowledge and help has been a blessing to me and my family.
A message to anyone reading just starting out on their journey, don't dwell on all the negative stories and concentrate on you. Follow instructions you're given and you'll be approved before you know it and you'll be wondering what you were ever worried about. Also to those who came on the VWP again don't worry, i came on one from UK and it was never even brought up in the interview. They don't care how you came they just want to see your relationship is for real, our officer saw that within minutes of walking in the room.
I'll still be around on the forums to help out where i can then sharing my I-751 journey when it starts.
All the best and goodluck
Matt & Cyndi

That's really odd. I mean this literally just happened. My wife received the card from Bank of America yesterday.
ETA:
My wife is a U.S. citizen. I wonder if that matters.
The bank told me to apply for a normal credit card then after I'm rejected I'd receive the offer for the 99/500 card but they couldn't 100% guarantee it.
-
My wife applied for a Target credit card and was denied. I don't think she has any credit history that I'm aware of. A week later a pre-approved application from Bank of America showed up for a somewhat secured card. So she filled that out and sent it back. They debited $99 out of our account and sent her a credit card with a $500 limit. It was called BankAmericard Platinum Plus Visa.
I'm with Bank of America and was just told about this by the bank but they said you can't apply directly you have to receive a offer just like your wife did. Their secured card is $300 deposit for $300 limit when the capital one secured card is $49 for $200 limit.
